About Alicia…

I am a COSRT Registered Relationships and Psychosexual Therapist based in London. I hold a degree in psychology and have spent over eight years working in clinical psychology settings, supporting clients across the lifespan—from children and adolescents to adults and older adults.

This work has allowed me to support people with a wide variety of emotional, relational, and psychological difficulties, across diverse settings including hospitals, community services, and specialist clinics. Its also granted me the opportunity to collaborate and work alongside many different health and mental health professionals along the way, from whom I have learned a huge amount from their expertise and perspectives — all of which continues to inform and enrich my practice today.

I have extensive experience working with adults and children with autism and neurodiversity, which has been one of the most rewarding and enjoyable parts of my career. Supporting neurodiverse individuals to better understand themselves is deeply fulfilling. I bring this specialism into my psychosexual and relationship therapy work, helping neurodiverse adults navigate the unique challenges they may face in their intimate and relational lives.

My approach is always tailored to honour each person’s way of experiencing the world, fostering understanding, confidence, and stronger connections.

During my time working in mental health services, I went through some changes in my own relationships, and it really highlighted to me just how vital our intimate relationships and sexual wellbeing are to our overall health and satisfaction. That period sparked a need in me to better understand the psychology of relationships so I could make sense of what was happening for myself, and ultimately led me to pursue additional training in psychosexual and relationship therapy. It felt like a natural next step, combining my professional background with a growing passion for helping people understand and navigate these deeply personal aspects of their lives.

I was fortunate to work an award-winning HIV and sexual health service in Soho, London, where I had the privilege of supporting many clients from LGBTQ+ communities. This experience has deepened my understanding of the unique challenges and strengths often experienced by those who are sexually or relationally diverse, and it’s a real pleasure to work alongside clients in this area.

Grounded in psychology, guided by compassion.

I truly believe that healthy intimate relationships and a positive connection to sex play a huge role in our everyday wellbeing. These aren’t always topics people feel comfortable talking about, but I’m here to offer a welcoming, non-judgemental space where you can explore these important parts of your life openly and honestly.
